Jordan Sapally est né à Thionville, en Lorraine.
À ses 18 ans, il entame des études dans le tourisme et la communication.
Après de très nombreux stages dans le domaine de la réception hôtelière à Paris ou dans les Caraïbes, il s’oriente vers le domaine de la mode afin de devenir attaché de presse.
Après avoir travaillé pour de nombreuses Maisons et agences de presse, il se lasse de ce système qui ne répond plus à ses aspirations professionnelles et personnelles.
Il décide de quitter Paris et de tout plaquer afin de se consacrer à ses deux véritables passions : le voyage et la photographie.
Depuis son plus jeune âge, il a la chance de parcourir le monde grâce à ses parents, qui lui ont transmis la véritable passion du voyage.
Amérique du Nord, Centrale, du Sud, Europe, ou Asie, à 28 ans, il a déjà fait escale dans plus de 30 pays.
En pleine pandémie mondiale, il se découvre, confiné chez lui, une véritable passion pour la photographie culinaire : une autre manière de (re)découvrir sa notion du beau et de voyager.. et un nouveau moyen d’aiguiser son œil à ce qui lui plait réellement.
