Before photography, Jordan Sapally studied tourism and communication, then worked in hospitality, fashion and public relations. After travelling through more than 35 countries, from Asia to South America, he rediscovered his love for the image and specialised in culinary and hospitality photography, attentive to light and to the way a place tells a story.

His work reveals a dish as much as a place, a team or a way of welcoming guests. From the independent artisan to major luxury houses, in France and internationally, he collaborates with chefs, restaurants and hotels. After five years as a freelancer, he founded Jordan Sapally Studio, extending that eye into video, art direction and larger scale productions.
