Frequently asked
What clients often ask
How does a photo session unfold?
However you'd like it to.
We take the organisation of every shoot to heart. The goal: capture the content you want while working together, in harmony, before, during and after. That's why I like to set up one or two video calls beforehand, to talk dates, timing, moodboards, references and the spirit of your venue.
For a shoot of dishes, a new menu or a full menu, photographing outside service hours is often the wiser choice: it avoids disrupting the service, the staff and above all the guests. A photographer and their big lights nearby aren't always pleasant for everyone.
That said, I love shooting during service, keeping as discreet as possible.
What services do you offer?
We essentially offer two packages.
- Half-day shoot
- Full-day shoot
These two formats work best and answer most restaurateurs' needs. Of course, I'm open to any other idea, request or requirement.
I have a special project, can I get in touch to discuss it?
Yes, of course. I'll be glad to reply as quickly as possible.
You can reach us through the contact tab on this site, by email at jordansapally@gmail.com, or by phone, text and WhatsApp on +33 6 42 82 60 77.
Do you have a space or studio to shoot products or other creations?
Yes, in south-west France, in Albi. We can arrange for you to send certain products and shoot them in our studio in the South.
We don't yet have a physical space in Paris.
What is billed and included in the quote?
The final invoice includes the following:
- Travel and accommodation (if not already on site)
- Organisation by phone or video call, brief exchange
- The shoot
- Photo post-processing in Lightroom
- HD delivery of the visuals via WeTransfer within 7 to 10 working days
- Web-format delivery for your website
- Usage rights for the images for 3 to 5 years (digital and print)
How are the rates for a photo assignment set?
Rates vary with the type of project, the length of the shoot, how the images are used and the scope of distribution. Every project is discussed so we can offer a tailored, transparent estimate: there is no one-size-fits-all.
Do you work outside Paris and France?
Yes. The studio has been lucky enough to grow beyond borders and now enjoys a fine international clientele.
Any shoot abroad is possible: it just takes planning ahead and good organisation.
